Nurse Family Home Partnership - SCO Family of Services
Free nurse home visitation program for first-time parents from pregnancy to age 2; objectives are to improve pregnancy outcomes, child health and development, family self-sufficiency. Baby and Me Program provides free playgroups for caregivers and their children, ages 0-3.
