CRADLE (Community Taking Responsibility for Developing Life & Empowerment) in Bedford-Stuyvesant: A Systems Of Care Initiative is a federally funded project administered by ACS. It is a 5-yr demonstration project focused on designing & building a family centered and integrated system of care that improves health and wellness of infants, children and families.
